Kylie Jenner is currently enjoying a vacation in Rome, and her latest holiday look perfectly blends Milan runway fashion, classic Western wear, and a pair of rule-breaking $650 flip-flops.

The Khy founder was spotted sightseeing with her children, son Aire and daughter Stormi, as well as her best friend, Anastasia Karanikolaou. She wore a denim maxi dress from the Italian brand Marni, which featured a fitted bodice and a voluminous, princess-style skirt. While Kylie sported a bold Marni runway look during Paris Fashion Week, this latest piece seems better suited for a relaxed Roman summer day. In Paris, she famously turned a leopard-print coat into a statement mini dress for a night out.

For footwear, Kylie opted for thong flip-flops from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s trendy brand, The Row. The choice may raise eyebrows, as many Europeans warn against wearing flip-flops while traveling to avoid looking like a tourist—or worse, an American.
