The 2025 edition of GX Fashion Week Milano transformed the majestic Chiostri di San Barnaba into a sublime cathedral of avant-garde fashion, a crossroads where sartorial tradition dialogues with the most daring innovation. Masterfully organized by the APS Showteam Association, under the guidance of the visionary President Gentiana Dervishi, general manager of the entire hemisphere, the event proved to be a true stylistic success, redefining the very concept of elegance through a synthesis of aesthetic refinement, sustainability and excellent manufacturing. The imposing Gothic vaults and centuries-old arches of the historic location enhanced the aura of an event that transcended the simple exhibition of sartorial creations, embodying a true metamorphosis in the language of fashion.

"The Cloisters of San Barnaba act as a bridge between the past and the innovative horizon of new aesthetics" – said President Dervishi – "and it is precisely this fusion between historical memory and experimentation that elevates GX Fashion Week Milano to a paradigmatic event". The catwalk was the stage for a choral work in which artisanal excellence combined with innovative and sustainable materials, outlining a new vocabulary for contemporary luxury. The protagonists of this sumptuous representation were Adriana Agostini (brand Adriana Agostini), who brought to the catwalk not only her refined creations, but an entire philosophy that blends values, commitment and authenticity. Awarded the prestigious Donna Impresa International Award as a Role Model, her art represents a bridge between tradition and innovation, between rigor and creativity. Each of her works tells a story of passion and research, embodying her vision of fashion as an authentic mission.

Cavalier Umberto Michele Perrera (Sartoria Perrera brand), an iconic figure in the international sartorial scene, has presented creations that encapsulate sixty years of dedication to haute couture. From his participation in the Sanremo Fashion Festival in 1968 to his invitation to join the Accademia dei Sartori in Rome in 1971, his career has been studded with prestigious awards. His "Treatise on Tailors", a masterpiece that has become a global reference, testifies to his ability to combine traditional techniques and innovation. A loyal supporter of GX Fashion Week, his creations represent the pinnacle of masculine and feminine elegance. The designer received a lifetime achievement award during the final phase of the greetings. The MUBRI Association from Spain brought its mission of valorizing the goldsmith and gemmological art of Alejandra Cortez and Ariana Onno, the first mentioned founder of Joyas del Mar who enchanted with jewels that transform the essence of the ocean into works of extraordinary refinement.

Her art, nourished by the deep connection with the sea of ??her childhood in Ensenada, has led her to the most prestigious international stages, from Paris Fashion Week to the selection for the IX Exhibition of Contemporary Goldsmithing 2025 at the National Museum of Decorative Arts in Madrid. Ariana Onno's Hõbe brand celebrated minimalist elegance, transforming delicate shapes and precious materials into authentic visual poems, where the play of light on finely crafted metals and stones enhance femininity with harmonious discretion. After working for great designers in Greece, she created her own "Atelier Margot di Margherita Kola", specializing in bridal and evening gowns. At her second experience with GX Fashion Week, she presented a collection inspired by the inner strength of women in all its facets. However, GX Fashion Week Milan did not limit itself to celebrating beauty: it represented an authentic ideological manifesto, a privileged forum for discussion between designers, buyers, media and global stakeholders.
"Clothing has now surpassed its purely aesthetic function, becoming a vehicle for deeper meanings" – Dervishi underlined – "and GX Fashion Week Milano embodies the perfect synthesis between innovation and ethical awareness". The event reaffirmed the centrality of Milan as the epicentre of international creativity, a catalyst for trends and a laboratory for connections between the protagonists of global fashion.
The presence of illustrious personalities, journalists and entrepreneurs in the sector was able to immerse themselves in a multidimensional experience, where the value of craftsmanship was combined with a pioneering vision of the future of the fashion business. The GX Fashion Week Milano therefore went beyond the boundaries of a simple fashion show, elevating itself to a treatise on applied aesthetics, a bridge between the past and the future of fashion, where the concept of luxury transcends mere exclusivity to embody an ideal of conscious and responsible elegance. The backstage was the beating heart of the event, where the Hair & Make-Up Artist coordinators Corrado Costanzo, Arta Kola and Alex Radulescu masterfully guided an extraordinary team composed of Sonia Manfra, Ledi Dupi, Cosmina Spinu, Misha Ela, Liljana Grembi, Valentina Shala, Giada Costanzo and Bruna Mandri.
