Milan Loves Seoul, the project created to foster cultural exchange between Italy and South Korea, confirmed its position as a key player at Milan Fashion Week with its third edition, transforming Palazzo Bovara into an international hub of fashion, K-beauty, and culture.
The event reaffirmed its mission as a cultural platform capable of creating authentic connections between the two countries, promoting dialogue between tradition and innovation, emerging creativity and global influence.
This edition's theme, "Classic and Future: New Fashion Codes Between East and West," explored the harmonious tension between classic aesthetics and new contemporary languages, intertwining Italian tailoring, Korean heritage, and experimental visions.
During the final Fashion Show, held on Monday, March 2nd at Palazzo Bovara, a selection of Korean and Italian designers presented their FW26 collections in an aesthetic narrative that looked to the future without losing touch with cultural roots.
Making the evening even more exclusive was the participation of guests from the Korean music scene, including singer-songwriter and producer Gaho, artist, rapper, producer, and DJ DOE (AWURA), Founder & CEO of IK ENTERTAINMENT, Park Woojin of AB6IX, and Steve and Hyungseok of YOUNITE.
Some of the Korean artists in attendance also wore pieces by Milan Loves Seoul designers: DOE (AWURA) wore a suit by designer Denisa Rad, while Park Woojin of AB6IX and Hyungseok of YOUNITE wore two dresses by designer Francesca Cottone, creating distinctive looks that fully embody the creative fusion of Italian fashion and Korean culture.
One of the most anticipated moments of the Fashion Show was the special performance by DOE (AWURA), who brought an energy that blended K-pop, hip-hop, R&B, and African influences to the runway.
